1. Services Provided

Elves on Ladders offers professional interior and exterior holiday décor, lighting design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage services. Specific services may vary depending on client needs, seasonal availability, and scheduling.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided are free and non-binding until confirmed by both parties.
Prices are based on property details, design choices, and product availability.
Estimates may be adjusted if the scope of work changes.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be communicated at booking.
A deposit may be required to reserve installation dates.
Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay may result in removal of installed décor or lighting and/or additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled installation for a full refund of any deposit.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits.
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule in cases of weather or unforeseen delays.

5. Property Access & Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to property (including power sources, roof, or interior access, as needed).
We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions (e.g., old wiring, structural issues, or décor damage).
Client is responsible for ensuring electrical outlets and circuits can handle the lighting load.

6. Products & Equipment

All lighting, décor, and materials provided by Elves on Ladders remain our property unless purchased outright.
Items rented or leased for the season must be returned in good condition after takedown.
Any intentional damage or loss caused by the client may result in additional charges.

7. Warranties & Limitations

We guarantee professional installation and functional lighting/décor at the time of setup.
We provide maintenance throughout the season for issues related to installation or product failure (at no extra cost).
We are not responsible for outages or damage caused by weather, power supply issues, pets, or interference outside our control.

8. Liability

Elves on Ladders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We carry liability insurance for installation work, but clients are encouraged to maintain their own homeowner’s insurance.

9. Website Use

Content on this site (text, images, designs, and logos) is the property of Elves on Ladders.
You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
